Susan G. Komen® is honored to benefit from
Rally for the Cure®, presented by Condé Nast Rally for the Cure is a grassroots
program that works to support Komen's commitment to awareness as the first step
in eliminating breast cancer through volunteer organized golf, tennis and social
events. Rally empowers people to support the mission of Susan G. Komen by
spreading awareness in their community through an activity they are passionate
Volunteer Ambassadors host and plan the events locally. Rally
provides all the materials to support the event including decorations, prizes
and important breast health information from Komen. In addition, each Rally
participant receives a goody bag including a one-year subscription to a Condé
Nast magazine of his or her choice such as Golf Digest, SELF or Bon Appétit.
Since its inception in 1996, Rally has reached more than 2.5 million
participants and has raised more than $77 million for Komen.
Condé Nast is a National Race for the Cure Series
Sponsor through SELF Magazine. Online registrants at participating Races can
elect to receive a one-year subscription to SELF or GQ Magazine included in
their race registration fee. Together, Condé Nast magazines and the
Rally program help Komen reach more than 30 million people annually with
important breast health information.
