    Basic Function
    Responsible for supporting overall Susan G. Komen social marketing strategy across new and existing online channels to support social engagement and revenue goals for Susan G. Komen. This is a hybrid position that supports overall strategy and revenue, while also leading the development of an influencer strategy to amplify the Komen social footprint. This will require someone who can work independently yet collaboratively with colleagues in various functions to tell our story. Additionally, must be experienced in social media content creation, an expert in platform-specific best practices and campaign analysis, with the ability to translate emerging digital trends into actionable plans.

    Primary Responsibilities

    · Collaborates with the digital, creative and social media teams to identifying opportunities for audience and traffic growth across all social platforms.

    · Responsible for managing content calendar, as well as creating, editing and publishing frequent and daily social content that builds audiences, generates engagement and moves users to donate and/or fundraise.

    · Manage presence in social networking sites including Instagram, Facebook, and other similar platforms, engaging in dialogue and answering questions where appropriate.

    · Build & implement social media solutions for enhancing social footprint and revenue generation.

    · Responsible for growing Komen’s social revenue, primarily on Facebook but not limited to, through acquiring and stewarding fundraisers and donors. And collaborating across the organization with events and shared services operating groups.

    · Collaborate on paid social advertising to ensure alignment on strategy, brand voice, creative execution & targeting.

    · Focus on optimization and channel growth through creation of and A/B testing strategy to novel ideas to promote innovation and growth.

    · Identify key influencers for campaigns and review/approve influencer content to maximize ROI.

    · Align with cross-functional marketing teams to build end-to-end full-scale influencer campaigns that support the business and meet desired marketing objectives/internal priorities.

    · Compile, analyze and interpret data to optimize execution and report on influencer performance.

    · Oversee the planning, coordination and management of influencer-driven campaigns and activities.

    · Build and maintain relationships with key influencers as well as internal business partners; serve as the ambassador for influencer marketing for the brand to drive the business and connect directly to key customer segments.

    · Be at the forefront of trends and developments in the evolving industry of influencer marketing; provide insight on trends and relevant topics.

    · Develop and package content into an Affiliate toolkit that is disseminated to the Affiliate Network on a monthly basis.

    · Collaborate and develop materials that educate influencers about Komen’s work.

    · Stay current on emerging and competitive trends in the digital space to provide new creative ideas for programs or platforms and opportunities to expand Komen’s reach.

    Job Qualifications:

    Minimum Experience Required
    The ideal candidate will have:

    · Experience working with Facebook’s suite of paid media tools and other native social networking paid media solutions

    · Strong analytical skills

    · Demonstrable social networking experience and understanding of analytics tools

    · Skilled in asset creation tools, such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop

    · Excellent writing and communications skills

    · Proactive, collaborative and positive strategic thinker, willing to take smart risks and lead initiatives with confidence and tasks to completion

    · Strong organizational and data input skills, attention to detail, creativity and ability to think outside the box

    · Experience working with outside vendors

    · Experience building social influencer programs

    Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of social media experience required to effectively perform the job’s responsibilities.

    Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in related field.

    Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.



    Travel: Possible travel to Affiliate events - Up to 15%
