Basic FunctionSusan G. Komen is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about building and maintaining highly scalable enterprise level Salesforce applications and integrations. As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you are aware of all aspects of the Salesforce.com Sales/Marketing Cloud and the force.com platform. You will develop quality integration and technical architecture solutions leveraging Salesforce technology ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities• Work closely with Komen’s Marketing, Sales stakeholders and various technology teams (Development, Infrastructure, Product Managers, etc.) to define and implement elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies• Work to ensure that the SDFC configuration supports business requirements. As required, manage SDFC enhancement projects to support business needs.• Manage functional day-to-day operations of SDFC. Serve as a point of contact for Marketing and Sales (Komen’s Development team) to provide maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training.• Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery• Configure and manage inbound lead routing and assignment to various Fundraising teams.• Support the Sales Operations team with ongoing maintenance such as setting up new hires with leads, and managing lead ownership.• Own and manage the full spectrum of SDFC permission model including security, users, roles, profiles and groups.• Update Salesforce reports and dashboards when necessary.• Prepare data files and upload the data into SDFC using Apex Data Loader and third party tools.• Managing the testing and QA of enhancements/changes to salesforce.com deployment using the sandbox.• Project manage work and share status on a weekly basis with stakeholders.• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange• Create and enable best practices, governance measures, and patterns for custom and configured solutions on the Salesforce platform• Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity.
Minimum Experience RequiredThe ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline
At least 10+ years of total work experience and at least 5 Years of experience in architecture & administering Salesforce applications.
Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on the scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
Ability to document requirements formally or informally depending on the need of the project.
Understanding of the agile development process.
Familiarity with requirements techniques such as user stories, use cases, and informal modeling.

Preferred Experience• Salesforce Certifications of Application Architect and/or Advanced Administrator and/or Data Architecture & Management Designer and/or ‘Platform Developer I’ required• Strong experience with Full Salesforce development life cycle - admin, configure, develop including object/field customization, deploy/test in sandbox, deploy/verify in production, sandbox management.• Strong working knowledge of NPSP.• Knowledge of Pardot systems and administration.• Experience with Data loading and data extraction using non-Salesforce ETL tools• Creative thinker with a vision.
