my story is no different than any of the others who’ve had breast cancer. It still feels like a dream that I keep waking up to everyday. Yes I know that it’s very real. But when I hear others talk about how sick they’ve been, the sever side effects that they’ve had, I just have to thank God and not complain. I see older people at treatment who not only have some type of cancer, but also go to dialysis treatments who come in and have to do chemo treatments. I’m only 52 and they are much older than I, they have a smile on there face just thanking God for another day, because it could be worse. So I won’t complain. I’m almost through chemo 6 treatments down and six to go. Than 15 days of radiation and I’ll be cancer free.
