  • 2 cups sliced zucchini 

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic 

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste



  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, and coat with olive oil.

  • Coat sliced zucchini with garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and place on baking pan.

  • Broil in preheated oven until the cheese starts to brown, approximately 5 minutes.
