  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubes

  • 1/2 cup water 

  • 1/4 cup sugar 

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 



  • Combine the water and sugar in a small pan and bring the mixture to a boil on the stove. Let the water boil and stir it until the sugar fully dissolves, about 30 seconds.

  • Remove the water from the stove, pour it into a large bowl, and stir in the lime juice and ginger. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

  • Add the watermelon to the juice and mix gently. Divide the watermelon into 4 glasses or small dessert dishes and serve.
