Watermelon with ginger and lime
Directions
Combine the water and sugar in a small pan and bring the mixture to a boil on the stove. Let the water boil and stir it until the sugar fully dissolves, about 30 seconds.
Remove the water from the stove, pour it into a large bowl, and stir in the lime juice and ginger. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Add the watermelon to the juice and mix gently. Divide the watermelon into 4 glasses or small dessert dishes and serve.
