  • 1 small package pistachio sugar-free, fat-free pudding mix 

  • 2 1/2 cups 1% cottage cheese 

  • 1 cup light vanilla yogurt 

  • 4 tablespoons lite whipped topping 

  • One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple drained



  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and whisk until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then serve.
