1 pound 99% lean ground turkey breast
10 ounces thawed chopped spinach
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
4 tomato slices
4 lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium heat and spray the grill rack with cooking spray.
Put the turkey, spinach, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Separate the meat mixture into four 1-inch-thick patties.
Cook for about 10 minutes, turning once. The meat should reach 165�F at its center and no longer be pink. Serve the burgers on the whole wheat buns with tomato and lettuce.
