  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped

  • 4 prepackaged crepes, 8 inches each

  • 4 ounces reduced-sodium turkey breast, sliced

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded



  • Preheat the oven to 350�F. Spray a baking dish with an even layer of cooking spray.

  • In a pot, steam the broccoli for 5-7 minutes or until tender.

  • Heat the crepes according to the package directions. Place equal portions of the turkey, broccoli, and cheese on each crepe.

  • Roll up the crepes around the filling, and place seam side down in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
