Tilapia with avocado and salsa
Ingredients
1 tilapia filet (4 ounces), skinless and boneless
2 teaspoon taco seasoning or cajun blackening spices
2 tablespoons peach mango salsa
1/4 avocado, sliced
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 lime, to squeeze over the fish
Directions
Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-high.
Sprinkle the seasoning on each side of the tilapia filet.
Add the filet to the hot skillet.
On a plate, arrange the sliced avocado and cherry tomato halves.
After four minutes, turn the fish and cook until flaky.
Squeeze lime juice on the fish and spoon on the salsa.
