In a large skillet, add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add ginger and cook for 15 seconds. Add the shredded broccoli, mushrooms, and teriyaki sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Add the pasta, vegetable mixture, and green onions to a large serving bowl and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
