Set oven temperature to 350�F.

In a large pot, cook the sweet potatoes in water with salt for 20 minutes over medium-high heat.

Drain the sweet potatoes and then add the orange juice, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and butter to the pot. Whip the mixture until it is smooth.

Place the mixture into the casserole dish and spread it evenly. Add the marshmallows on top of the sweet potatoes.

Bake the casserole for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are light brown.
