Strawberry yogurt smoothie
Ingredients
3 cups fresh whole strawberries, sliced (2 cups sliced)
1 cup fat-free milk
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
Freeze the sliced strawberries for at least 1 hour (or overnight) in a single layer.
Add the frozen strawberries to a blender with the milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and serve in chilled glasses.
