  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough 

  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach 

  • 1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese 

  • 1/4 cup fat free shredded mozzerella cheese 



  • Cook the frozen spinach in microwave. Squeeze out all the water.

  • Combine the spinach with the artichokes and mix.

  • Preheat oven to 400�F.

  • Lightly flour a baking sheet. Roll out pizza dough on baking sheet and cut into 4 equal rectangles. For each rectangle, spread on a thin, even layer of ricotta and then a layer of mozzarella cheese.

  • Next, spread the spinach and artichoke mix evenly on each rectangle.

  • For each rectangle, roll at an angle. The middle of the roll will be wider than either end of the roll.

  • Place the rolls on the baking sheet and place in oven for 12-14 minutes.
