Preheat the oven to 350�F.
Cover a baking sheet�with parchment paper.
Mix maple syrup, sriracha, and paprika in a small bowl, stirring to combine. Add the nuts, and toss to coat evenly.�If desired, store the mixture in the refrigerator overnight to allow the nuts to marinate.
Transfer the nuts to the prepared baking sheet, spread to form a single layer.�Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, then sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Allow the nuts to cool, then transfer to an�airtight container. The nuts can be stored�for up to a week.
