Shrimp and mango ceviche
Directions
Peel and devein the shrimp. Chop the shrimp into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
Into the bowl of raw shrimp, add the lime juice and stir.
Cover and chill the shrimp until it is pink in color, approximately 2 hours.
Add the onion, cilantro, mango, tomato, jalape�o peppers, and salt, and toss well.
Serve as an appetizer or with tortilla chips as a salsa.
