  • 8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta 

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

  • 1 pound sea scallops 

  • 3 tablespoons butter 

  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto 



  • Cook the pasta according to standard package directions.

  • Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a bag or bowl. Add the scallops and toss or shake to coat.

  • In a large skillet, cook the scallops in butter for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on each side or until opaque.

  • Drain the pasta; toss with pesto. Top with scallops.
