Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Set the stove to medium heat and cook the ground turkey on a nonstick skillet. Cook the turkey for about 6 minutes or until it is no longer pink, breaking up the lumps during cooking. Stir in the medium salsa and chili powder. Cook for another 6 minutes, stirring until thickened.

Place the bottoms of the buns onto a baking sheet and top with the turkey mixture, cheddar cheese, and tops of the buns. Bake the sliders in the oven until the cheese melts (about 3 minutes).
