  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup salsa 

  • 1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning 

  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup 

  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream 



  • Put the chicken into a slow cooker.

  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning onto the chicken, then drizzle the soup and salsa over the chicken. Stir to combine.

  • Set the slow cooker to its lowest setting and cook for 6-8 hours.

  • Remove the mixture from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve the chicken with rice.
