  • One 12-ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained

  • Two 8-ounce containers low-fat plain yogurt 

  • One 4-ounce can chopped green chilies, drained

  • 1 clove garlic, minced



  • Puree the red peppers in a food processor or blender; drain again. Add the remaining ingredients; mix until blended and refrigerate.

  • Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita wedges.
