Roasted garlic and feta mushrooms with runny egg
Directions
Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saut� the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Add the garlic and stir for an additional minute.
Transfer the mushrooms to a deep bowl, and toss with feta cheese.
Using the earlier skillet, cook one egg over easy. Top the mushrooms with the egg, and serve immediately.
