1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 (8 ounce) container low-fat raspberry yogurt
1/2 lemon, juiced
Steam the asparagus for 5-8 minutes or until it looks bright green or tender.
Add the yogurt and lemon juice to a small sauce pan. Stir together over medium heat until warm.
Put the asparagus on serving plates and pour sauce on top. Alternatively, the sauce can be served on the side.
