Directions

  • Steam the asparagus for 5-8 minutes or until it looks bright green or tender.

  • Add the yogurt and lemon juice to a small sauce pan. Stir together over medium heat until warm.

  • Put the asparagus on serving plates and pour sauce on top. Alternatively, the sauce can be served on the side.
