Ingredients

  • One 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree

  • One 12 ounce can evaporated milk 

  • 3/4 cup sugar 

  • 1/2 cup baking mix 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter 

  • 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 

  • 1/4 teaspoon clove 

  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger 

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

 

Directions

  • Coat a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix batter thoroughly.

  • Pour the batter into the slow cooker and cover.

  • Cook for approximately 6 hours on the low setting or for 3 to 4 hours on the high setting.

  • Cool the pie by allowing it to sit at room temperature in slow cooker.
