  • 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt 

  • 1 tablespoon sugar 

  • Dash of salt 

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mint flakes 

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed pink peppercorns 



  • In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, sugar, and salt until smooth. Add the diced pineapple, and stir.

  • Place the yogurt dip in a serving dish, and put into the refrigerator until chilled.

  • Prior to serving, top with mint and peppercorns.
