  • 1 cup fat-free or low-fat milk 

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices 

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter 

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Sweet cocoa powder (optional)



  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Continuously pulse the mixture until it has been coarsely chopped, and then blend until smooth. Serve the smoothie in a tall glass. If desired, top the smoothie with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
