  • 1 cup peas, cooked

  • 1/4 cup flour, whole-wheat

  • 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons butter 

  • 1 pinch of salt 



  • In a bowl, mash the cooked peas. Add the flour, scallions, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.

  • Add the butter to a skillet, and cook over medium heat. Place the patties into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until it reaches a light golden brown. Serve immediately.
