  • 1 medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted, and chopped

  • 1/2 cup skim milk 

  • One 4-ounce carton nonfat vanilla yogurt 

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Ground cinnamon, to taste



  • In a blender, blend the first four ingredients (peach through ice) until smooth.

  • Pour equal portions of the smoothie into 2 glasses. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
