1 medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1/2 cup skim milk
One 4-ounce carton nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
Ground cinnamon, to taste
In a blender, blend the first four ingredients (peach through ice) until smooth.
Pour equal portions of the smoothie into 2 glasses. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
