  • Brew 2 cups of coffee, add 2 ice cubes to the pot, and let it cool.

  • While waiting for the coffee to brew, add the cranberry juice and orange juice to a pitcher.

  • Mix the juice while slowly adding sugar. Stir until all of the sugar dissolves.

  • Cut an orange into 1/8 inch slices and add to the pitcher.

  • Cut the strawberries into 1/4 inch slices and add to the pitcher.

  • Chill the mixture for 10 minutes or until ready to serve.

  • Prior to serving, mix the coffee into pitcher.

  • Serve in chilled glasses with even amounts of fruit and a splash of club soda.
