  • 1/4 cup lemon juice 

  • 2 tablespoons non-fat plain yogurt 

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey 

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste



  • In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, yogurt, honey, cumin, cinnamon, and ginger until well blended. While continuing to whisk, slowly pour in the oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Use the dressing to top leafy green or grain salads.
