  • 2 slices whole grain bread 

  • 4 ounces drained chunk light tuna in water

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 

  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 



  • In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the bread. Spread the mixture onto a slice of bread and top with the other slice. Serve immediately.
