  • 16 ounces lean ground beef 

  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes 

  • 4 tablespoons ketchup 

  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream 

  • 1 cup dry, grated, seasoned bread crumbs 

  • 1 jumbo egg 

  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce 

  • 1 teaspoon salt 

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 

  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 

  • 6 packed teaspoons brown sugar 



  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a bowl, mix three tablespoons of ketchup (hold the other tablespoon for next step), the cider and brown sugar. Place aside.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients using your hands.

  • Place a scoop of the meatloaf mixture in each cup of a muffin tin.

  • Take the ketchup mixture and spoon over the meatloaf.

  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
