Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped

  • 1 1/2 cups cold water 

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice 

  • 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar 

  • 2 lime wedges, for garnish

  • Mint leaves, for garnish

 

Directions

  • Using a blender or food processor, blend the mango and water until smooth.

  • Strain the puree.

  • Pour the strained juice over ice.

  • Add lime juice and agave nectar and stir to combine.

  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
