1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
2 lime wedges, for garnish
Mint leaves, for garnish
Using a blender or food processor, blend the mango and water until smooth.
Strain the puree.
Pour the strained juice over ice.
Add lime juice and agave nectar and stir to combine.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
