1 pound ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 jar salsa
1 package fat-free cheddar cheese
1 package fat-free cream cheese
Brown the turkey in a pan. Add the salsa and taco seasoning. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the meat and salsa mixture. Add the fat free cheese slice by slice until melted and mixed.
Keep in the crock pot to keep warm and melted. Serve with any tortilla chips or crackers.
