  • 1 banana 

  • 2 cups kale, chopped

  • 1/2 cup light unsweetened soy milk 

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed 

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup 



  • Add the banana, kale, soy milk, flaxseeds, and maple syrup to a blender. Cover the blender and blend until it is smooth.

  • The smoothie may be served with ice or ice can be blended with it.
