  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest 

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 

  • 8 ears shucked corn 

  • Cooking spray 



  • Preheat grill.

  • In a small bowl, mix the butter, lime zest, lime juice, salt and red pepper.

  • Coat the corn with cooking spray and place on grill. Grill for 10 minutes, making sure to turn frequently.

  • Remove the corn from the grill. Brush each ear of corn with 1 teaspoon of the lime butter mixture.
