Gingersnap-banana frozen yogurt
Ingredients
2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
6 gingersnap cookies, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Directions
After allowing the frozen yogurt to soften for approximately 5 minutes, place equal portions of the frozen yogurt, gingersnaps, bananas, and pecans into 4 small dessert cups or glasses, arranging the ingredients in layers.
Freeze the yogurt for 10 minutes or until firm.
