Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups organic all-purpose white flour 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup milk 

  • 1 tablespoon butter 

 

Directions

  • Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough for approximately 5 minutes or until smooth.

  • Cover the bowl and allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.

  • Put a thin layer of flour onto a countertop. Using a rolling pin, spread the dough out until it forms a 1/8- or 1/4-inch thick layer.

  • Cut the dough into desired lengths and shapes, and allow the noodles to air-dry (approximately 45 minutes).

  • When desired, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
