Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef 

  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice 

  • 2/3 cup milk 

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped (or 1 tablespoon instant dried minced onion)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed tomato soup 

  • 3/4 cup water 

 

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 �F.

  • Combine the beef, rice, milk, egg, onion, salt, and black pepper. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the mixture into a shallow baking pan (9" x 13" x 2").

  • Combine the soup and water. Pour it over the meatballs. Cover the pan tightly with foil. Bake at 350 �F for 1 hour.
