Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded, and chopped

  • 1/3 medium cucumber, chopped

  • 1/3 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon cumin 

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 

  • Salt to taste

 

Directions

  • Add the avocado, cucumber, onion, garlic, cumin, and lemon juice to a food processor. Blend until desired consistency.

  • Add salt until desired taste and serve cold.
