Ingredients

  • 6 ounces sugar-free, fat-free vanilla yogurt 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • 3 tablespoon artificial sweetener 

 

Directions

  • Soften the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with a mixer.

  • Gradually add the yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener.

  • Whip on high until light and fluffy.
