  • 1/2 cup dry oatmeal 

  • 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese 

  • 4 egg whites 

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • 1 packet artificial sweetener 



  • Blend everything except the oats. Once you have a smooth liquid, add the oats, and blend for only a little bit, so the batter is a little bumpy. Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes to thicken up a bit.

  • Cook it in a pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Top with your favorite sugar-free syrup.
