  • 16 ounces nonfat cottage cheese 

  • 4 ounces lite whipped topping 

  • 3 ounces sugar-free gelatin dessert mix (any flavor)

  • 1 can of mandarin oranges 

  • 1 can of crushed pineapple 



  • Add dry gelatin dessert mix to the cottage cheese and stir until well blended.

  • Drain the fruit and add to the cottage cheese mixture.

  • Stir in the whipped topping. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve chilled.
