  • 1 and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 

  • 2 tablespoons no-calorie sweetener 

  • 1 cup skim milk 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon 

  • Cooking spray 



  • Add the flour, baking soda and sweetener in a bowl and mix.

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Then pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and beat together. Add the cinnamon to the mixture.

  • Use cooking spray to coat a skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on to the skillet. Cook until both sides are light brown.
