  • 5 cups shredded hash browns 

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese 

  • 6 eggs 

  • 1 1/2 cups milk 

  • 2 cups diced�low-fat ham 



  • Preheat the oven to 350�F. Spray the inside of 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.

  • Spread the hash browns in the bottom of the pan, then layer the ham and then cheese.

  • Mix together the eggs and milk, and pour this over top of the hash browns.

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
