  • 12 ounces skinless chicken breast

  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar 

  • 1 clove garlic 

  • 2 tablespoons butter 

  • 1 teaspoon salt 

  • 1 dash black pepper 



  • Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add in the garlic and cook until it is brown.

  • Add the chicken breasts to the garlic/butter mixture and cook thoroughly, adding salt and pepper to taste.

  • When fully cooked, sprinkle brown sugar on top of each breast. Keep the stovetop on low heat and wait about 5 minutes for the brown sugar to melt into the chicken.
