  • 1 prepared 9" pie crust 

  • 1-1/2 cup broccoli, chopped

  • 1-1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped

  • 1/3 cup egg substitute 

  • 1/3 cup egg white substitute 

  • 2 tablespoons skim milk 

  • 1/2 cup colby cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated



  • Set oven temperature to 350�F.

  • Place broccoli and cauliflower on top of the pie crust evenly.

  • In a bowl, using a whisk, whip egg substitute and egg white substitute for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture on top of the broccoli and cauliflower in the pie pan. Top the quiche off with the cheese.

  • Place the quiche in the oven for 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick pulls out clean.
