Broccoli cauliflower quiche
Ingredients
1 prepared 9" pie crust
1-1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1-1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/3 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup egg white substitute
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/2 cup colby cheese, grated
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions
Set oven temperature to 350�F.
Place broccoli and cauliflower on top of the pie crust evenly.
In a bowl, using a whisk, whip egg substitute and egg white substitute for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture on top of the broccoli and cauliflower in the pie pan. Top the quiche off with the cheese.
Place the quiche in the oven for 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick pulls out clean.
