Directions

  • Put the blackberries into a food processor and puree them. Remove the seeds from the juice by pressing it through a sifter. Add the yogurt and agave nectar to the blackberry juice.

  • Whip the evaporated milk until it is somewhat solid and can form peaks. Combine the blackberry mixture with the milk. Serve immediately.
