Bircher muesli with mango and passion fruit
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup low-fat milk or light soy milk
1 tablespoon pure honey
1/2 mango, flesh removed and cut into thin strips
2 passion fruits, pulp removed
4 strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced
Directions
Mix the oats, milk, and honey in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, divide the oats mixture into two bowls. Top with the mangoes, passion fruits, and strawberries. Serve cold.
