  • 1 cup rolled oats 

  • 1 cup low-fat milk or light soy milk 

  • 1 tablespoon pure honey 

  • 1/2 mango, flesh removed and cut into thin strips

  • 2 passion fruits, pulp removed

  • 4 strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced



  • Mix the oats, milk, and honey in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.

  • In the morning, divide the oats mixture into two bowls. Top with the mangoes, passion fruits, and strawberries. Serve cold.
