  • 1 can of low-fat vegetarian refried beans 

  • 4 whole-wheat tortillas 

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce 

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

  • 1/2 cup salsa 

  • 1/2 cup guacamole 



  • Combine beans and chopped garlic, heating in a pan or microwave until warm.

  • Heat a tortilla for 30 seconds on each side in a skillet until warm and soft.

  • Spread garlic and bean mixture on tortilla.

  • Top with lettuce, green onions, salsa, and guacamole.

  • Fold the bottom of tortilla upward toward the center, then roll edges around the filling.

  • Repeat for each tortilla. Serve immediately.
