Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless pork roast 

  • 1 cup chopped celery 

  • 1 cup chopped onion 

  • 1 cup ketchup 

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar 

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar 

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder 

  • 1 teaspoon salt 

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except the pork to a slow cooker.

  • Thoroughly mix, then add roast.

  • Cook for 6 to 7 hours on the high setting.

  • Using a fork, shred the meat into the sauce.
