3 pounds boneless pork roast
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Add all ingredients except the pork to a slow cooker.
Thoroughly mix, then add roast.
Cook for 6 to 7 hours on the high setting.
Using a fork, shred the meat into the sauce.
